Question: What is the return policy for products sold by The Sidewinder Crank Company?
Answer: Our overriding concern is to gain the trust and confidence of our customers. We want our customers to be delighted with our products and recommend us to others. Our return policy is simple. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a Sidewinder Crank product, you simply return it and we will refund the cost of the product in full! In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product, all we ask is that you share with us the reason for your disappointment so that we can make the improvements required to guarantee your future satisfaction.
Question: Is the Sidewinder Crank available in any material other than chrome plated steel?
Answer: No, not at this time. We do have the ability to manufacture this tool in stainless steel at a higher cost, but to date, there have been no requests from drivers for this option. If we get enough requests for stainless, we will provide that option to our customers.
Question: How will I know when you have new products available?
Answer: Unless you request otherwise, you will be informed of new product releases by either e-mail or by old fashioned snow, sleet or rain type mail. You can also periodically check our website,
www.crankthat.com for new products.
Question: I have an idea for a new tool or product for the trucking industry, what should I do?
Answer: Go to the
Ideas! section of our website and learn about how your original idea can be brought to life. All of your ideas are treated as highly confidential and you are under no obligation to us when submitting your ideas for review.
Question: I have an idea for a new product, but I am nervous about sharing it on the Internet. What can I do to protect my idea?
Answer: Internet communications are generally very safe, but if you any concern at all, please call us with your ideas at 1-800-CrankThat (800-272-6584).
Question: If my idea is good, how will I benefit?
Answer: If you have an original idea or a way to improve an exiting tool or part, we will provide you with an opportunity to develop, patent and license your product for manufacture and distribution. In all cases, we will protect and hold in confidence your ideas and ensure that you realize the benefit and rewards of your creation.
